with lift straight to the apartment door and 24 hour security in the complex.
There is direct access to the enclosed children friendly communal gardens via the stairs or lift, leading to a pool
area, one adult & one for children in the front of the main terrace. You have access to more pool areas in the
complex. All pool areas have sunbeds and umbrellas.
The apartment is furnished with high class furniture and it has a big open style livingroom.
The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom has 2 beds each and fitted wardrobes.
There is separate bathroom in between the other two bedrooms. Each bedroom opens up to a small balcony.
The living /dining room has dining for 6 persons. There are large patio glass doors leading to the sunny terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, microwave & dishwasher. The utility
room houses the washing machine and boiler. There is an iron and ironing board.
There is air conditioning throughout the apartment.
It is a 10/12 minute stroll down hill or a 2 minute drive into the port of Duquesa which has many bars and restaurants
and a 2 minute drive into the neighboring town of Sabinillas which has supermarkets, markets and many bars. If on foot
it can be 20 minute walk back up hill or less then 10 Euro in a Taxi.
Puerto de la Duquesa is a pretty international marina which stands between 2 blue flag beaches and bordering Duquesa
is the larger village of San Luis De Sabinillas, which has a very Spanish feel and where you can sample tapas in one
of it's many Spanish restaurants or bars along the promenade or simply soak up the sun on the golden sandy beaches,
that run as far as the eye can see.
For the golfers among you, you will find several award winning golf courses within 10/15 minutes driving distance from
the complex.
Europes biggest swimming pool, Alcazaba Lagoon, 10 minutes with car.
Malaga Airport is a 55 minute drive away and Gibraltar is a 25 minute drive away. Upmarket towns of Sotogrande, Puerto
Banus & Marbella all close by.
