After the purchase of you property in Spain you will have many questions and services required and we are here for you!
AFTER- SALES SERVICES AND MORE
Most of our clients leave a set of keys in our office for any kind of emergency that may happen, you will have us as assistance.
We have a standard fee key holding fee of 120 € + VAT.
If you have work done in your property the handyman, designer or builder can collect the keys to your property at our office. This is also very handy for any kind of deliveries to your home.
If you wish we assist you with IKEA orders and we will manage the drop off at your home.
How it works:
- You make the order through our office manager.
- IKEA reviews your order 2-3 days later and emails you a link to make final payment.
- Once the transfer has been made, you send us a copy and we send it to IKEA for them to order. It normally takes 1-2 days more, then IKEA confirms the delivery date to us.
- We coordinate the delivery, we check the material once it arrives at your doorstep.
- Depending on the volume of your purchase, the estimated price for the Enova service, this could be around 120 € / + VAT.
You can also manage your purchase directly with IKEA. Once the purchase has been made, IKEA will indicate the day and time of delivery, and we will open the door.
The opening of the house will be 25 € / hour, during the week (office hours).40€/ hour if it is outside office hours, bank holidays or weekends.
When you buy your property from us, you don’t have to go and buy the most common tools. We have most tools in our office and you can borrow them, free of charge. We have basic toolboxes with drills, screwdrivers and much more.
HOME & CAR INSURANCE
We are the insurance agent for Caser, which is one of the largest insurance companies in Spain.
You get a cost estimate on:
- Home insurance
- Automobile insurance
- Health insurance
- Travel insurance
When you have insurance with Caser Seguros through us, and if anything happens, you can file the claim with our office manager. She helps you with registration, arranges that the insurance surveyor is contacted, accompanied and inspects among more.
SERVICES, BUILDING AND REFORM
Today we are in contact with reliable craft companies of all kinds, such as carpenters, masons, electricians, air conditioning service and painters, etc. You always get accurate quotes with all the costs and then you can decide whether you should hire the craft business or not.
Alarm system can also be acquired through our office and is recommended for your peace of mind.
Nowadays almost nobody can live without connection.
We help you get an internet connection. Service charge 25 €.
There are different offers for permanent living or holiday homes.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND CHECK.
When you are not here for a long period of time you can hire our PROPERTY MANAGEMENT checks. One time, once a month or every 2 month.
Property check consists in:
- Check electric and water
- Flush all taps and toilets
- Air the property
- Check shutters
- Mail ( if you leave key behind for post box)
- Check garden and pool ( in case of villas)
