    Amazing detached villa beachside in Marbella in the area of the best wide beaches in Costabella (Marbella East). The villa is only 100 meters walking distance to the beach and to several bars, restuarants, shops, supermarket etc. From Costabella (Marbella East) you arrive to Marbella old city center (Ricardo Soriano avenue) by car in less than 10 minutes. This house is being rented for a winter period with montly price of 9000 Eur per month plus utilities (a fixed monthly fee) and from April until end September the prices are per night or per week (short term rental periods) so please consult prices and availability with us. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (one of the full bathrooms is outside the main house and next to the exterior kitchen and pool area, it has been totally refurbished his year). The villa has private parking for 3 bigger or 4 smaller cars (they need to be parked one behind the other) and also there is space in front of the villa to park several cars (just on the street in front of the house). There is a private pool and a large private green garden. The villa and the pool area are private and not overlooked. There are 20 + beautiful garden lamps that illuminate the exterior areas of the house in the night. Ground floor of the villa: As you enter to the house there is wide hallway area, to the left of the hallway area is the kitchen. The kitchen is independant and completely equipped with a coffee machine (Nesspreso), a toaster, microwave, fridge and freezer, washing and drying machine, beautiful cuttlery and crockery, glasses, cups and more. In the dinning area there is a gorgeous table for 6 or more people, also a smaller round table (as a coffee and cake corner), also a bar area with a standing bar. In the living room area, there are 2 large sofas (one of them is a sofa bed), a smart TV and a direct exit to the outside terrace and the garden. On the terrace of the house there is another dinning table with 10 chairs, several sunbeds, a chillout sofa, exterior kitchen with a barbecue, a fridge and a sink and also a full bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor there are also 2 exterior bedrooms with wardrobes and 1 full bathroom with a bathtub. First floor of the villa: As you go up the stairs you arrive to the hallway that connects the rooms and the bathroom. The master bedroom is wide ad with some partial sea views, facing south. From the new good quality PVC window you can overlook the private garden and the pool. The shutters are automatic. Also there is a walking closet with a window and automatic shutters. The fourth bedroom has 2 single beds and some partial sea views. These 2 bedrooms on the first floor share a bathroom. This spacious bathroom has been completely refusbihed in a modern minimalistic style and has a walk in shower. It is exterior with a window and the shutters are electric. The villa is being rented for 8 people, but there is a sofa bed in the living room, so it can accommodate a maximum of 10 people.
