It is a quite new building in the town centre,in the High Street,lots of shops,pubs, banks and restaurants. There is no noise at all in the bedrooms. The wonderful main attraction called "the boulevard", which is a walking area with a nice bridge, is 1 minute far on foot. The beach is less than 5 minutes far by car, you can also go on foot. Puerto Banus is 5-10 minutes by car. Marbella is around 15 minutes by car. Lots of Golf courses and water sports nearby. It is perfect if you do not have car. The location is very very central, in the High Street. It is a quite new building. The police station and tourism office are very close. There is also a public car parking opposite the building. There is a 24 hours farmacy 50 metres far. There is good network of public buses. In high season there are also buses at night (check the timetables and routes in advance). The taxi stop is in 50 metres. The main bus stop is only 2 minutes far on foot,from there you can go to everywhere, for example to Marbella, Puerto Banús, airport, Malaga, Granada, Seville,Torremolinos,etc Internet television, almost 200 channels approximably, international channels of many nationalities, Russians, British, Nordic, Arabs, South America, French, etc...
